39 and 34, for command, Grand River and Hagadorn, Grand River and Hagadorn, walking westbound Grand River, north side of the road. Got a male, white t-shirt, per passerby caller, he was carrying some sort of assault-style rifle, was not threatening anybody with it, just open carrying.
