Charles. 5 Adam. Suspicious person calling the area of Sunset Beach Road and Veterans Avenue. Sunset Beach and Veterans. About seven minutes ago, complainant saw a younger male with blonde hair and his face was painted up as a skeleton. Said he was last seen walking past the daycare, had his hands in the hoodie of his, or in the front pocket of his hoodie. She just wanted officers to check the area. Charles from Lawrence.
