Is there a vehicle stopped in the way of traffic at the intersection of Pine Island and Sunrise Lakes Boulevard? It's a white Cadillac. I spoke to the occupant, said that the car just broke down. It is in the roadway. I'm blocking traffic now. Are you able to dispatch a CSA to block traffic? I'm going to have to call in for dispatch. I'm not sure who the dispatcher is going to send in the call.
