Alarm to the 224 handle, 224 Adam and Sissman, 415, 5810 Las Vergenas Road. Informant heard yelling between four male Hispanic adults and driver in a black Charger. Black Charger was seen chasing the male Hispanic adult towards the cul-de-sac on Las Vergenas. Informant no longer has ops. The call dropped. TAC is 5.
