Frank 30. Safeway at 17230 140th Avenue Southeast. We have security calling in. It's going to be in the parking lot closer to the ARCO, AM, PM. Sounds like there's a male in a black Nissan Sentra that's refusing to leave. Apparently, the vehicle has ignition damage seen by the RP. The male subject does appear to be HPD or high, but no weapons seen. RP's nearby in a white Chevy Tahoe. Safeway in the Frank 5.
