Dog Found Without Owner

He lives on Baltimore and 51. Leave him alone, he goes home by himself daily

We gotta start putting people in jail for neglecting their let’s smdh this dog is out there every night panting and looking for water. Has tons of dreads and long ass nails. Poor thing is not taken care of

You guys are making it sound like it's no big deal that the owners just open up the doors and stuff and say ok go run until whenever that's not what a person does wit a dog unless they are hoping one day it won't come back.....sorry iv had my dog for going on 4 yrs and I tell u in 4 yrs he has it out of the yard 3 times Everytime i looked and looked tell I got him home the worse was the last time he was gone for like 6 or 7 hrs I spend 3 hrs looking for him everybody told me it was going to be ok he was going to come back home every min felt like an hr I cried and all....let's just say when he came home he has never left home sense LMAO
