3 Queen 21 and 3 Queen 2, a long holding disturbance at CVS. 503 Westlake Ave North. Male who previously broke glass on the site was seen walking southbound on Westlake. Caller wanted an area check. White male, 40s, 5'7", thin, shaved head, gray shirt, tan pants, and a black backpack. Call's been holding for 6 hours. 503 Westlake Ave.
