Victor 220, Bethany Recovery Center, 1331 Capitol Drive. 1331 Capitol Drive. One of the residences, irate, throwing things at people. No injuries at this time. Female seems to believe that people are stealing her things. She's approximately 20 years old. We do not have any further information. Looks like we're just getting a name of possibly Kayla. No weapons and in the doorway of her room at this time.
