9250 Washington Boulevard at the Weiss Market. Caller's advising there's a shoplifter in the store. There's no weapons involved. The suspect's gonna be a number one male, 26, in an orange or red shirt and a bandana on the hip. Advise subjects are a repeat offender that they have not caught yet. They advise they haven't seen him shoplift yet, but he's just a known offender. 2058. 2 David 30, one of us.
