484, regarding an armed party, 2077 Vinton Avenue. Patrick Akers advised he found a cell phone in his vehicle while he was door dashing. A ticket home was also reported. He advised the subject tracked the phone to his location, knocked on his door, and accused him of stealing it and threatening to shoot him. This occurred approximately 15 minutes ago. The subject's not on the scene. Left occupying a white compact vehicle. Barney, Tennessee, Bravo, Victor, Victor.
