Probably starting a wrecker. We're going to need to get this car out. Copy. Is the safe lane the best access for them and any special tools needed for them? Probably a winch, just to hook onto this. It's not fully submerged. Only the front end is submerged. It doesn't even get into the passenger cabin. I copy. Thank you. If anyone else is en route, they can slow down.
