Del Mar, 2014 Del Mar Drive for a disoriented subject. Caller states the subject's sleeping inside of a Home Depot truck that he tried to drive off at one point. White male, black t-shirt with army fatigue shorts. The owner of the store woke him up, but now he's starting to fall asleep at the wheel again.
