1623. 1623. Domestic disturbance is going to be Montrose and Central. Passerby is reporting she was driving eastbound on Montrose and seeing a couple fighting in front of a dark gray sedan. It's going to be a male, white, 5'10", bald with glasses and a female, black, possibly female, Hispanic, curly hair, unknown weapons. Caller is no longer on scene. Nothing further.
