At O'Reilly Auto Parts at 6209 Century Avenue. 17 and his employee there stated that there was a female customer who was very irate, rude. He was trying to work with her, but she just escalated. She refused to leave the store initially. Now she is in the parking lot and he would like her to leave. She is in a silver Volkswagen. He believed it was Golf, Volkswagen Golf. Female, white with long orange colored hair, purple shirt.
