It occurred at the Kohl's Department Store, Longgate Parkway. It's 4320 Montgomery Road. The employees are calling it in. They're advising a shoplifter with a wagon of $500 in merchandise is heading towards Montgomery Road. Towards is a firehouse. The suspect's a black female with braids in her hair, gray sweater, black pants. She's pulling the wagon. And there's a child in the wagon.
