Dispatch, 6212, copy call. 6212. 6212. The area of 59 Simmons Ave, caller said he was walking his dog when an SUV was out of state plates, came up to him, was trying to lure him towards the van, offering him gifts. There were multiple other people in the van. The van last seen in that area just went down bleak towards Holy Trinity. The caller's no longer in the area. I just want somebody.
