I have a female who called from Vietnam Veterans Park at 760 Orphanage Road.

 This is the second time she's called, second time she used 911 and was transferred to us.

 I told her initially, she said she had dropped her keys in the shallow pond there

 and she was trying to get assistance to get them out.

 I told her I was trying to contact the park ranger in the area.

 She disconnected, and then she called 911, wanted to see if there was anything we could do.

 I didn't know if you had any equipment that could assist her.
