Plan for a disturbance, Family Dollar, 2300 North Alexander. Customer came in, went to the back of the store, started yelling at the manager, then came to the front of the store, started throwing things at him. A black male, white shirt, he left in a white Dodge Nitro. He went towards the tire crew. Plate comes back to 1400 North Main Street. Plate's out.
