10-4, if you can respond, Phoenix Drive and South Holden for this 10-37 subject. I have an additional caller on the line about the same subject. It'll be an Asian male in his 40s, red and white coffee shirt, denim pants. Appeared to be holding a possible lawnmower blade. This caller is advising he took his shirt off and apparently has a pipe in his hand.
