Report of a two-vehicle accident, PD only. It's going to be just prior, almost into Manchester on Manchester Road. They're advising they're in front of 3011 Manchester Road, which looks like it's just prior to Hanover Pike. They're supposed to be out of the roadway on the shoulder. It's a service van and a passenger vehicle, PD only. 10-4, I'll be clear in this one.
