In his reference to 3355 Carrollton Avenue, spoke with a complainant. He's in a black Altima parked at this location. His vehicle was vandalized while parked there. He's been receiving calls and texts from people that live there. He keeps changing his story. He first stated he didn't think the people were home, but then he stated they might be.
