John sector suspicious, 6th Avenue Northwest, Northwest 76th Street, in the northwest corner. There's an intoxicated male in the children's park who attempted to wave down the RP. The RP stated that the male appeared threatening but refused to elaborate further. The suspect is now stopping vehicles on 79th Street and pulling on handles. 6th Avenue Northwest, Northwest 79.
