a lot of Kroger's. 3073 Dixie Highway for a juvenile complaint. Caller advised juveniles were placing carts all over the parking lot. Approximately five males got into a black sedan. Turned right onto Dixie from the parking lot towards Burger King in the rear. 20, clear. 20, I copy. Place that 30, clear.
