Copy. Any Seawatch sergeant still on 4? 4553. 513, who was that? 4553. 10-4, units. Point in the area of the North Salina car wash, 1600 North Salina Street. Caller advised there was a 60s white male standing outside of a black Porsche, repeatedly hitting it with a brick. Said that the male was possibly intoxicated. No other weapons besides the brick got into his vehicle. Last, northbound on North Salina going towards Wolf. No further.
