401-3402, West Manlia Street at Burnett Ave. Caller's a passerby reporting a small, dark gray or blue Ford sedan. It was swerving all over the road, has two flat tires. It was stopped in the middle of the intersection with no headlights, and then it pulled into a car shock, which is next to the mini-mart occupied by unknown number of females.
