It's going to be at 240 West and Poplar Avenue, going westbound. Concerned citizens calling in, advising approximately seven subjects occupying Dodge Chargers with loud mufflers, have a section of the interstate barricaded and are hanging out of their windows, armed with guns. One's going to be a black Dodge Charger, one's a dark blue one, and a navy blue one as well. They are advising there's three lanes of traffic backed up. 240 West.
