Alright, for police information, at approximately 2250 hours, from 181 Spring Street, we have a light-skinned or medium-complexion Spanish male wearing a black jacket with the stripper logo on both sleeves, wearing tan pants, black hat, and a face covering, stole a Happy Go e-bike here and fled down Spring Street towards East Jersey.
