16. You guys can check behind Target, 51400 Gratiot. Caller lives over near Raleigh Crescent. Said it sounds like there's a vehicle driving recklessly in the lot behind the building. You can hear tires screeching, sounds like donuts. He didn't see any vehicles, just heard it. 27's good. 16's en route.
