10-4. Bravo 22, it's going to be a traffic hazard at Greenway and 303. 303 and Greenway, it's a large piece of wood in the left lane going westbound on Greenway. Units en route to the disorderly conduct. Daniel is a Hispanic male, 9 foot 8, 165, wearing brown shorts, no shirt, but he did have a gray tank top with him. He is leaving, going southbound towards Lisbon.
