The Women's Recovery Center at West 62nd and Storer, we're getting a call from Dana who states that she saw two males get out of a vehicle with handcuffs, and they threw guns in a dumpster in the parking lot. One white male and one Hispanic male with blue shorts. They came in a blue Kia with a white hood. Caller also thinks there's a silver Ford that may be in connection with this because it's been left here running for a while. It's going to be a code 2. CAD is 1890.
