12-4. 12-4, go ahead, reference. Both units en route to a 39 at 8708 2nd Street Northwest. 8708 2nd Street. The calling party advised that a vehicle was spinning in the area, and the CP confronted the driver. The driver then threatened to 27- 27-8 the CP. The calling party did not see a weapon. The vehicle is going to be a red four-door SUV, unknown make or model, with a 26 of Boy, Lincoln, Paul, John, 49. Driver was an SMA, approximately. Only 20 yards.
