All units, possible, units possible, AW suspect, Arroyo and Foothill, Arroyo and Foothill, in the Target and Taco Bell parking lot by the clothes container donation bin. Suspect number one is a male, White, 20 to 40 years, thin-build, no shirt, black sleeve, unarmed, on a PR's vehicle with a PB gun. He's also pointing PB gun at other vehicles. It's plain to 3198, RD 1601.
