Charles 51053, start to an upgraded 415 DV, Kaseem River and Delta Shores. It's going to be on the side of the road. Caller on the child's father in a heated 415. Caller's yelling at him to put the child down and now not coming to the phone. In the call taker heard the male screaming in the background. The male should be a Gabriel Moreno, Native American, 34, wearing a white tank top and shorts. Looks like he even threw the, he threw his phone at the caller's window and broke it. It's going to be, caller's going to be standing by in a white Toyota RAV4, no weapons. Caller's yelling at him to put the child down and now not coming to the phone.
