Suspicious activity, Ulta Beauty, 4286 Kent Road. Caller advised people threw ice cream at her vehicle. She does not know who they are. She's still going to be in the parking lot there in a black Hyundai Sonata. They did drive out of the parking lot. Unknown direction of travel.
