I have a zone for 4400 Northeast 26th Avenue. 30 minutes ago, caller said they were walking their dog in a pit bull outside them. Did not bite them. They were just off the leash and the caller wants the PD to be aware. Requesting to 1056, they have pictures. White male, about 5'9", with no shirt and no shoes. It's going to be 5487.
