1311, 1382, I show you responding to the area of Palmer Park Boulevard and Shawnee Drive for an unknown problem. RP is stating that there's a middle-aged white female with a white t-shirt, jeans, and shorts, possibly needs medical help. Unable to get her up off of the ground. We did have deputies just arrive on scene.
