Donald, 7217 Pacific Avenue. There was a female yelling in the background while a manager advised that the vehicle was running while a parent was inside the business picking up the door dash. They were also saying the parent doesn't have a registration, license plate, or driver's license. They were showing a vehicle dealer ID card with a blue newer Toyota RAV4 four-door SUV occupied by an Indian male.
