Going over to 9 Loon Hill, outside of the Circle Health Urgent Care. Caller's reporting a male party came in asking for assistance with security. Sounds like a verbal argument between a male and a female. Female's inside a vehicle that's parked right in front of the doors. The male is described as a tall, black male with long hair. 37. 104.
