Engine 9, respond on medical delta at 911 Southbrooke Street, Salvation Army Center of Hope. Cross street is Caldwell Street and East Breckenridge Street. We have a patient located outside on the Breckenridge Street side. It's a 35-year-old male who's folded over a backpack, possibly having a seizure at 1644.
