Check vehicle at Hobby Lobby, 2135 East Franklin Boulevard. RP's third party advised that there is a Hobby Lobby truck at the loading dock to Hobby Lobby, but believes it's unusual because it's Sunday. It's two white young males on scooters and backpacks around the truck. They don't have anything further.
