2408, we have a call in St. Paul, area of Johnson Parkway and East Shore Drive. Caller saw a walker partially submerged in the water yesterday. Unknown if it's still there today. It's going to be near the parking lot off of the walking trail. They're worried somebody fell in, but again, they saw this yesterday.
