31 Walmart, 1505 Main Street, 50. 1505 Main Street for shoplifting. Caller advised a male attempted to take a backpack, filled with merchandise. He was being compliant, but then he just threw the bag and left. He's currently on the sidewalk by the garden center yelling at the caller. White male, black hair, black beard, black pants.
