Dawson Miller Road and Pisgah Covered Bridge Road. 1063, white male wearing a white tank top, long pants, appears to have a belt, possibly a bone case or holster on the same. Advise the male is on Dawson Miller Road, just off of Pisgah Covered Bridge, walking towards the bypass. Advise same is running and attempting to kick vehicles.
