We just had a call drop at Carrick and Common, 1550 Arcadian Lane. Complainant says there's a male walking his dog and he was choking the dog. He does also not have any shoes on. It was a male, white with a black sweater and blue shorts. He said he's been roaming the area for a while. 5-3, 10-6.
