Unit notify city, public works, reference to St. Coles, southbound, St. Miamie, in the middle lane, just before Morris Street. It's going to be about a foot in diameter. It was previously filled in, looks like it's sinking yet again. I'm going to have the middle lane southbound block, but the right lane is flooded with water, so effectively two lanes are shut down.
