The Wal-Mart Supercenter, 1221 East Independence, shoplifter that fled, female, white, short, red hair, green shirt, carrying a blue and white bag, and stole some items from the store. Currently walking along the wood fence on the north side of the store. 122, 126, a Czech person at Gale and Bain. No weapon that they're aware of, no intoxication. Caller only needs contact if the female's located. 122, I'm clear.
