Chasing Museum of Art, 750 University Avenue. Got security over there reporting NPA. Southeast corner of the building, urinating in the bushes in front of people. White male, blue ball cap, blue shirt, gray pants, black shoes. Has several bags over near the LVM and Humanities building. No known weapons.
