A call just came through for Warwick regarding a boat out on the lake near 46 Ferncliff Road, Jersey Avenue on the cross. All it's stating is it's some type of a disturbance with a black pontoon with a second deck, big neon green swim pad attached, but it's not giving the nature of the disturbance at all.
