Sex subject, Aztec, a Mexican restaurant, 1863 West Franklin Boulevard, off of West Garrison Boulevard. White male wearing a red flannel shirt, no sleeves, pushing a stroller, possibly on 104s. Leaning but also standing upright. Was also in the roadway. Currently in the PVA. Unknown if there's anything in the stroller.
