Alarm 37 to a bus. Sam 32. I am standing at the door here with a male. He is being cooperative with me. He's getting me through the door. He is holding the child right now. He said that he's just not going to open the door. He's not letting police inside. He said he did not hurt the child. I do have eyes on the child. He doesn't appear to have any injuries. I did ask him if EMS came, if he was willing to walk the child out to EMS. He said no. If EMS wants to check out the child, they would have to come inside without an officer. Stand by. I'm on my way.

Any cars covering with lights and sirens? You guys can just slow it down for now. It might agitate this male a little bit more. Radio to the other cars, slow it down. No lights or sirens.
